Description

70 acres +/- of timberland in north-central Clarke County.  Tract is located 2-1/2 miles from Clarkco State Park and 20 miles south of Meridian, MS.  The northern tract is 17 acres of well-stocked Loblolly Pine plantation which is approximately 7 years old.  A black-topped road (County Road 146) splits the southern tract, which a 25 acres of Loblolly pine regeneration on the west side and 25 acres of older mixed pine /hardwood to the east.  The property is located in sandy loam hills of the county known for vast timber lands and deer hunting, however, access is good as Highway 145 and Hwy 45 are just a few miles to the west.  Paved road frontage, water and electricity available, camp-site ready.
