Mississippi Land Company is looking for a few hardworking self-starters to work in land sales. In order to be successful, you will need the following:
- Knowledge: Useful information as it relates to basic elements such as soils, timber, local markets, etc.
- Experience: Forestry, agriculture, or other backgrounds/work histories that help you better understand land use practices and how they affect productivity, income and growth.
- Integrity: Your reputation is your most valuable asset in any client service field. Trust will help you build the long term relationships necessary for a consistent referral network.
- Patience: It can take months before you see your first paycheck. It takes years to establish yourself in the business and to build a relatively reliable income.
