Nick McClendon

Nick McClendon is a Realtor Associate with Mississippi Land Company. Nick grew up in Sumrall, Mississippi He is manager of the family cattle farm, and is overseeing the development of family land into a high fenced deer hunting property. Nick studied Forestry at Jones County Junior College. Nick and his wife, Kati, along with their two daughters, live in Hattiesburg, MS and are active members in Heritage Methodist Church.
Nick's background and experience as a bear and elk hunting guide in Idaho and Wyoming, and also as an avid hunter, give him insight into rural land and recreational property investment and management.
Nick is a member of the following groups and organizations: Quality Deer Management, National Whitetail Association, National Turkey Federation, Mississippi Cattlemen's Association, Lamar/Forrest County Cattlemen's Association, NRA, Delta Water Fowl, Duck's Unlimited, and a member of the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors and Realtor's Land Institute.
