Paul Goodwin is a Broker Associate in our Ridgeland, MS office. Paul is a native of Starkville in Northeast Mississippi and his strong background includes forestry, recreational, farmland, and investment opportunities. Paul attended Mississippi State University. He is an active institute affiliate member of The Mississippi Commercial Board of Realtors serving in the position of chairman of the membership committee. He also is the Past President of the Mississippi Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute. Paul won the prestigious "Land Realtor of the Year" award from the state chapter in both 2003 and 2005. Other professional activities include membership and participation in the following groups: National Association of Realtors, Mississippi Association of Realtors, Mississippi Forestry Association, and several county forestry associations. Paul is a graduate of the Realtor Institute. Paul is also an active candidate for the prestigious ALC designation from the Realtor Land Institute. An extensive knowledge of rural land and land use practices throughout Mississippi gives Paul a unique insight into the needs of both sellers and buyers.
Paul and his wife, Traci, have two children; Will, age 10 and Julia Kate, age 6. They have made Madison, MS their home for more than 18 years. Paul and his family are active in the Meadowbrook Church of Christ and also in the local community. Paul is an avid outdoorsman, with a special interest in introducing his enthusiasm and passion for the outdoors to his children, and others as well. He also enjoys coaching his children's various sports teams.
